Dripstone began as the research-blog itallcomesdownearth.com in 2016, reporting firstly about permaculture and alternative communities, but later also about matriarchy, magic, society and the sacred. In 2024, all content was moved to the current blog Dripstone, a (counter) cultural research depository embedded on venusjasper.earth.
On Dripstone you find research, inspirational content, essays, and behind-the-scenes content of projects covering the fields of queer ecology, more-than-human kinship, land-based wisdom, embodied rituality, neurodivergence, post-capitalist politics, queerness, performance art and cultural identity.
Dripstone is an online publication. It is a playing field, a textual garden of thoughts; alive and organic. Some texts are altered or updated over time, while others are published elsewhere in printed matter. Nothing is set in stone — let's converse!
In the coming years Dripstone hopes to grow into a wider journal with multiple contributors and authors.
